	Steve has over 24 years of customs experience and is the President of FOCUS Business Solutions, Inc. FOCUS is a customs management and consulting firm located near Detroit, Michigan. Prior to starting FOCUS he held a management position at one of the larger customs brokers in the U.S. and later became the Customs and Compliance Manager for ITT Automotive, a major tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. He was also employed as a Customs Administrator for General Motor’s Tax Staff. In addition, he has held numerous positions in various trade organizations and is a licensed customhouse broker.

	Jim has more than 20 years of industry and client service experience helping over 100 companies minimize the cost of importing and exporting while meeting their compliance responsibilities. Jim’s specialty is assessing companies’ planning opportunities and compliance risks, as well as implementing customs processes to manage their businesses. He acquired his extensive direct industry experience while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Partner in their Customs & Duties practice in the United States.
