Successful applicants will have an excellent understanding of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and other free trade programs.  Other skills that are preferred, but not required, include a working knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, U.S. Customs Regulations, valuation, and post entry issues.  Successful candidates will be self-starters and will enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment.
